Bliesgau flaxseed oil is highly valued by gourmets as a particularly fine oil with a unique subtle and elegant flavour without any hints of bitterness or sharpness. It is also sought after because of its short shelf life.
We use gentle pressing methods to preserve the oil’s characteristic taste.
Flaxseed oil is perfect in locally-grown salads, or added to Quark and simple potato dishes. This 100% plant-based oil is rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, e.g. omega-3 (50%+).
