The natural oil of the milk thistle is a first class product from the Saarland region

and produced by a very gentle cold-pressing method.

As well as a high content of natural vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids, milk thistle oil also contains silymarin,

which is well-known for helping to protect the liver from damage caused by toxins such as alcohol, drugs or poison. Traditional medicine has long known the positive effect of milk thistle in chronic inflammatory conditions of the liver, e.g. hepatitis C.

The naturally mild taste of milk thistle oil makes it especially suitable for cold dishes, for instance added to salads, smoothies or dressings. It can also be taken on its own.
